Here’s my view on what’s actually happening: Easy access AI-generated content floods the market, feels like noise to customers, those customers tune out. It’s generic and templated. The look is too familiar, the copy could belong to any business in any town. It all blurs together. Because without expert input, AI takes the most collectively used and accepted route.

So what cuts through? Real stories. Real character. The thing that makes your business genuinely different and interesting. The stuff people actually want to engage with. Genuine creativity with a commercial underpinning. We call it your ‘Naked Truth’.

Very hard to see from within the business. You can’t read the label from inside the bottle.

That’s where outside expertise earns its place. Not to make things look polished or pretty – but to find what’s interesting about your business and start bringing that to life.

Local independent businesses have always had an authenticity advantage over the big chains. You’re real. You have history, personality, reasons for doing what you do. That’s genuinely valuable – but only if you use it.
