The Nest

Located on the outskirts of Norwich, The Nest is the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation’s brand new community hub.

Facilities at The Nest include a floodlit 3G pitch, high-quality grass football pitches, residential bunk boxes, cafes, conference spaces and an outdoor Challenge Woods adventure area, all set in a green and leafy secure 22-acre site.

It’s the perfect venue for businesses, sports teams, school groups, private functions, children’s birthday parties and more.

Inside the two Hub and Clubhouse buildings are engage and multi-use spaces, two cafes, four changing rooms, meeting rooms, a physiotherapy room and an IT suite.

Unique on-site accommodation comes in the form of five bunkboxes, which can sleep up to 70 guests at a time.

As the home of the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, a number of weekly community sports sessions run at the venue, including:

• Run For Me – free running group, focussed on supporting mental wellbeing
• Mini Kickers – weekly football sessions for ages 2-6
• Soccer Skill Centres – weekly football sessions for ages 5-11
• Walking Football – Slower paced football sessions for ages 50+

During holidays, it is also the venue for the Foundation’s Soccer Schools.

Challenge Woods

It’s a great play area for parents with young children looking for something to do outdoors.  It’s free for 0-3 year olds and £3 for children.
