Open all year round, are cosy lodges and on‑site facilities are designed to help you make the most of your stay in every season and every kind of weather. Whether you’re planning a peaceful couple’s escape, a fun‑filled family break, group celebration or reunion our lodges offer the ideal blend of comfort, convenience and countryside charm.
Our small, welcoming site features three comfortable lodges — Poolside, Palm View and Woodside — each created for a relaxed and easy stay. Each lodge includes its own private hot tub, the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring and shopping.
Guests also enjoy shared access to a heated outdoor swimming pool (open May to end September), retro‑style games room, and garden areas. The large stone charcoal BBQ is ideal for alfresco dining, with atmospheric evening lighting around the pool area that sets the scene for memorable nights together. It’s a place where you can relax, play and truly reconnect. Whole site bookings enjoy exclusive use of all facilities.
The location is one of its highlights — the best of both worlds, easy city access and surrounded by woodland on the city limits. Head into historic Norwich (just a 15‑minute direct bus route) to enjoy its medieval cathedral, independent shops, vibrant food scene and cultural attractions. Or spend your days exploring the tranquil waterways, wildlife and walking routes of the Norfolk Broads.
Poolside Lodges can be booked individually or together, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests — perfect for birthdays, friend gatherings and whole‑site stays. With a minimum 2‑night stay, flexible arrival days and a warm personal welcome, making your break as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
