Hidden away in the beautiful Norfolk Broads, Hall Farm Cottages is a peaceful countryside escape designed to suit just about everyone, from relaxed family holidays to big milestone celebrations.

Our collection of self-catering cottages offers a comfortable, well-equipped base for exploring the Broads, whether you’re here for walking, cycling, boating, or simply switching off for a while. Several of the cottages are wheelchair accessible, making stays easy and inclusive for guests with additional mobility needs. We also have a range of equipment available to help reduce what you need to bring with you, including hire options for profiling beds and hoists.

We’re proudly dog friendly too, so four-legged family members are more than welcome to join the adventure (with plenty of great walks right from the doorstep).

For those who enjoy a bit of downtime by the water, there’s on-site fishing available on our lake, as well as private fishing pegs on the River Ant, just a short walk away.

Hall Farm is also a flexible and welcoming venue for groups of all kinds, sleeping up to 46 guests. From corporate get-togethers and team retreats to yoga, wellness, and creative workshops, the setting offers space to relax, reset, and reconnect.

Weddings are a big part of what we do here as a licensed venue, with options ranging from intimate ceremony-only celebrations through to larger marquee weddings surrounded by open countryside. Whether it’s something simple and meaningful or a full weekend celebration, the space can be shaped around your vision.
