The much-loved Hempstead Arts Exhibition and Sale is set to return to Hempstead-by-Holt this August for its twelfth year.
Taking place on Saturday, 30th and Sunday, 31st August 2025, the exhibition will showcase more than 200 works of art by over 30 local artists at Hempstead-by-Holt Village Hall, North Norfolk.
All proceeds from artwork sales will be donated to Hempstead Church.
Ian Summers, organiser of the exhibition, said: “We are excited to be hosting this much-loved event for the twelfth year. It is a pleasure to welcome so many talented local artists and give them a platform to share their work.”
Since launching over a decade ago, the exhibition has featured more than 140 artists and raised over £25,000 for the church. In 2024 alone, it raised £3,042.
Ian added: “Norfolk offers such a rich source of inspiration, from wildlife and nature to our beautiful coastal and rural landscapes. Visitors can expect a wide range of styles, including photography, sculpture, fine art and mixed media. We are looking forward to welcoming both new and returning visitors and hope many will find a piece of art they love and want to take home.”
The exhibition will be open from 10am to 5pm on both days at: Hempstead-by-Holt Village Hall, The Street, Hempstead, NR25 6TL
Admission is free, and refreshments and light lunches will be available throughout the weekend.
