Sleeping Beauty

For audiences after something magical, enchanting and a little different from your average panto this year – a theatrical treat awaits them this Christmas as Westacre Theatre Company present Sleeping Beauty…with a twist! The studio theatre will be transformed into an enchanting kingdom as naughty fairies, spells, heroes & villains, together with Beauty herself, magically mingle to create a Christmas show like you have never seen before. Taking the festive reins to direct this year are Westacre Theatre’s Artistic Director Sadie Grist & Lamphouse Theatre’s Becky Owen-Fisher who are both gearing up to bring the sparkle & magic to audiences in December. 

Westacre Theatre are known for producing unique Christmas productions which embrace all that makes live theatre so special at this time of year; stories that unfold before your eyes, immersing you into the world of the characters as you experience the highs and lows of their journeys to happily ever after. Performed in Westacre’s intimate studio theatre, audiences will be captivated by the magical word of Sleeping Beauty and all the colourful characters that inhabit it…but watch out for mysterious twists and turns along the way.
