Art & Soul – a creative workshop for women who are navigating change and seeking connection.
This workshop is designed to inspire creativity and feed the soul led by Art Therapist Bethan Hensser and Drama & Movement Therapist Kathleen Blades (this is not a group therapy session – just a workshop led by therapists)
– the workshop will run 10am-1pm
– we will have the space available from 1pm-3pm for you to explore our coastal surroundings, continue art making and/ or socialising
– we will provide tea/ coffee
– please bring your own lunch if staying for the afternoon
– all art materials include
