Bons & Frazer is a founder-led performance marketing agency based in Norwich, Norfolk, serving SMEs and growth businesses across the UK. We were built as the alternative to the traditional agency model: fixed monthly fees from £995, no long-term contracts, and every account managed personally by the two founders, Jamie Frazer and Jake Bonham. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is delegated.

We specialise in lead generation for service businesses, trades, home improvement, healthcare and professional services – with clients typically spending £1,000 to £100,000+ per month on advertising.
