Wild About Mannington

Wild About Mannington is a family nature day filled with hands-on activities across the estate, designed for curious children and their grown-ups.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Mannington Estate, families are invited to explore, play and reconnect with nature through a series of immersive activity stations – from pond dipping and nature crafts to wildlife discovery and foraging.

Children might find themselves discovering the hidden life beneath the water’s surface, weaving with natural materials, identifying trees, listening for birdsong in the woodland, or getting closer to the tiny creatures that live beneath our feet. Each activity is led by knowledgeable partners and makers who bring warmth, skill and a deep love of the landscape.

We’re proud to be working with partners including the National Trust, HomeSound and Norfolk Wildlife Trust to help shape meaningful, creative and memorable experiences for families.

Whether your child is an intrepid explorer, a quiet observer, or simply happiest outside, this is a day to be curious, to be creative, and to be wild.
