Fast track your team, sign up for the 10K Corporate Challenge!

Broadland District Council is calling on local businesses to take on the Marriott’s Way 10K Corporate Challenge, a unique opportunity to boost team spirit, promote wellbeing, and support a great cause all while enjoying one of Norfolk’s most scenic running routes.

Taking place on Sunday 21 September 2025, the Marriott’s Way 10K is a fast, flat, and picturesque race along the historic disused railway line between Aylsham and Reepham.

Organised by Broadland District Council and supported by Orsted, the event is perfect for runners of all abilities, and this year, the spotlight is on the Corporate Challenge.

Council Chair Cllr Caroline Karimi-Ghovanlou, said: “The Marriott’s Way 10K is a fantastic community event and the Corporate Challenge adds an exciting team element. It’s a great way for businesses to get involved, support their staff’s wellbeing, and contribute to a good cause.”

The Corporate Challenge invites teams of four to compete for the coveted Corporate Cup, with prizes awarded for the fastest team and best team spirit.

Whether your team is in it to win or simply to enjoy the experience, it’s a brilliant way to get your business moving – literally. Participating businesses will not only strengthen team bonds and promote workplace wellbeing, but also demonstrate their commitment to the local community. Proceeds from the event go towards vital local services and charitable causes.

The race starts at 10am in Aylsham and finishes in Reepham, with a free shuttle bus available to transport runners from the finish line to the start. Entry for the Corporate Challenge is £65 per team of four. Individual entries are also welcome, at £18 for affiliated runners and £20 for unaffiliated runners.
