We’re Prolet, a local letting agency based in Norwich. We’ve been helping people find homes in Norwich and across Norfolk for over 30 years.
Most of the people we work with are students, families or professionals. We let a range of homes across the city and surrounding areas, including student houses near UEA and NUA, and longer-term rentals in places like Bowthorpe, Eaton and the Golden Triangle.
Because we manage the homes we let, you’ll deal with us directly if anything comes up. That might be sorting a repair, checking in about something, or just needing a bit of advice. We try to keep things clear and make sure you feel supported while you’re living there.
We also work with landlords who want help managing their properties, from everyday maintenance to finding new tenants when needed
