A Phoenix for Christmas!

‘A Phoenix for Christmas’ is the now-annual Festive Christmas and Seasonal Concert for this year at its Norwich home base by Norwich’s Phoenix Male Voice Choir, one of Norfolk’s premier choirs for men.  The Choir sings on Saturday 14th December at Mile Cross Methodist Church, 341 Aylsham Road, Norwich NR3 2RU in a pre-Christmas event for anyone who will enjoy an evening of male voice choral song.

The singing starts at 7.30pm and, with refreshments on hand during the interval, the Choir promises an enjoyable and friendly evening of song along with the customary solo contributions from within its own ranks and an invitation to the audience to join in with a couple of Christmas Carols too!

Phoenix’s Singing Men are led as usual by long-standing Musical Director Sarah Grimes and on the piano is Mi-Sung Lee, the Choir Accompanist.

Along with the song, the Choir will be supporting for the final time in 2024 its Charity of the Year, the Nancy Oldfield Trust (Charity No. 1068549), with a raffle and retiring bucket collection, all of which will be donated to the charity.  There will also be a presentation to Charity Representatives and an announcement of the expected total value of fundraising throughout the year during the evening.
