This Mental Health Awareness Week, we want everyone to know that they can reach out to us if they need support, or someone to just talk to. We are here to listen.
On Wednesday 12th May, we will be hosting a whole day of online social events to help anyone to connect, relax or to have a laugh. We are here to make your days brighter.
To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week Wellbeing has been busy. We have started a 'Reach Out' campaign encouraging the people of Norfolk and Waveney to seek help if they are struggling. Today is a premier of a video featuring a poem read by people of Norfolk who have had experience of mental health (some of whom you may recognise):
