A very unique walk combining marine conservation, community, mindfulness and poetry. Led by marine conservationist Scott Gudrich the walk will explore his research and work on carbon capture and storage at Stiffkey saltmarsh, and how salt marshes (and other coastal ecosystems) can help mitigate climate change.
The walk will also include a little mindfulness "workshop" designed to reevaluate our relationship with the nature on our doorstep, be mindful of the small details and immerse ourselves through contemplation, using poetry as a vehicle to achieve this.
