The effortless charm of Charles Aznavour, exotic beauty of Josephine Baker, the breathtaking epics of Jacques Brel, gentle comedy of Charles Trenet and the power and passion of Edith Piaf produced some of the most successful and historically popular songs of the 20th century, and firmly planted in translation into the hearts of English speaking audiences.

Dreamcast Productions, who brought you their celebration of the life and music of Edith Piaf, 'Non, Je ne Regrette Rien' make a welcome return to Sheringham Little Theatre, inviting you to join them again, as they open the storybook on fabulous vintage hits, made famous by artists as diverse as Dusty Springfield, David Bowie, Marc Almond, Petula Clark, Scott Walker and Frank Sinatra.

Discover the origins of some of the greatest lyric-driven works of all time. Songs that have delighted, seduced and enchanted in any language. Some you may have guessed show a Parisian flair, and others which will take you by complete surprise!

So if you ever wondered what gave your favourite song that certain 'Je ne sais quoi', the answer may lie just across the channel!
