We are able to cover your event throughout Norfolk & the East Anglia region. Our personnel Event First Aiders. Advanced First Aiders, Emergency Medical Technicians, Nurses and Paramedics, with access to Doctors.
As part of any Event Medical cover contract/agreement, we will provide a dedicated Event (Medical) Manager who will oversee the planning and delivery of the Event First Aid and Medical cover. We will also provide an anomalised breakdown of Injuries & Illnesses our personnel have dealt with during the period of cover at regular/requested intervals throughout the event plus a written/typed report following successful completion of the event.
During the event (and our period of medical cover), we will ensure that medical treatment is immediately available and is provded to the highest possible standard in line with with current available guidelines for best practice.
We will provide suitably qualified personnel and ensure that they receive ongoing development relevant to their individual needs and the specialist requirements of the service.
We will monitor and audit our activity to ensure that we are providing the best possible service and develop new guidelines and protocols where necessary, as well as responding positively to any complaints, complimments and comments.
